Good morning. I hope you enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner together with your families; I know that I did. There is nothing better than overeating, watching football and taking a nap!

Craft Fair

Both of our 7th and 8th grade students will be involved in raising money for their classes next Saturday’s Gilford Craft Fair here at GMHS. The event runs from 9:00-3:00. Both classes are selling food items. If you want to help out (either baking or at the event) please email either Mr. Marzahl or Mr. Bowler, the 7th/8th grade Team Leaders.

Student Council News

Beginning on Monday, the Student Council will continue its “Season of Giving” campaign by collecting new and used toys in good condition to benefit the Society of St. Paul de Vincent in Laconia. Donated goods can be placed in a large box in the main lobby until Friday.

Unfortunately, GMS will not be able to field a Unified Basketball team this season due to lack of student athletes. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

GMS Book Fair

The Book Fair is open (online, too!). This will run through Monday; the online store through next Tuesday, December 10.

Events next week:

Book Fair = Monday thru Friday

Girls B/A Basketball at Newfound (3:30/4:30) on Friday

I hope you enjoy the rest of the weekend. Take care.
